Welcome to the RFAS Pacing Group

Pacers are assigned to a specific pace so you can focus on your goal: time. For example, if you want to run a half-marathon and run 2 hours and 8 minutes, then you will want to run with the 2:10 pace group. You can use the pacer as a running partner; once you run with them for a few miles then you can try to outrun them to get your goal time.

These runners are experienced and are willing to volunteer their time to help you achieve your goal. Thank you pacers!
